Sales Admin JR Executive (indoor sales)

Position Level Junior Executive Requirements Positive attitude and responsible character Knowledge on SQL accounting system Proven pass experience as a Sales person/Marketing skills Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties Able to work independently Working Hours: Monday-Friday : 8:30AM - 5:30PM Saturday (Alternate) : 8:30AM - 12:30PM Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify selling posibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out for new sales opportunities through cold call, networking and social media. Negotiate/close deals and handle customer complaints or objections. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales target. Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details. Maintaining and updating sales and customer records. Liaise with logistics department to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with warehouse on stock items. Any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time. Produce ad hoc reports and ad hoc task as assigned by the Management when required. Qualification Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
